I've been having issues with my engine making a clicking nose for over 2.5 years. I was dealing with a different dealership who told me I made the noise up and I started to think id never fix my car. I came due to noise eminating from driver-side headlight. Amy took note of the problem, and confirmed the noise source. It was taken in and that was also confirmed by the tech. I did they tech replaced the part, and the problem was resolved. Amy was friendly and professional thru out the this issue, and called me like she promised. Thank you Amy for providing good service.
