I brought my 2018 Range Rover Sport to Walser, where I purchased it, after it would not start. When I called, I was told the next opening was nearly two and a half weeks out; a competitor could see me in purchased it, after it would not start. I chose Walser because I was told the problem would be covered under warranty. The vehicle was in your shop for nearly two and a half months. I was contacted only once, all other times only after I reached out first. Diagnosis and replacement should have taken no more than two day; a couple more days if parts delivery was an issue. Instead I was told, after the long delay, that the battery and TCU were not covered. I was without a working vehicle for three months. At pickup I asked to speak with a manager. None were available. I was told someone would contact me Monday (Labor Day). No one did. This is consistent with prior experience: oil service was so backed up that I had to go elsewhere. I am very disappointed in the handling of this repair and the lack of communication. I expect a prompt review of the charges, a clear explanation of the warranty denial, and a meaningful goodwill gesture given the length of time I was without my vehicle, as any reputable company would do. I look forward to their response. More
