The communication between the scheduler, parts department and service center could be improved. During scheduling I informed them we would be waiting on the vehicle to be worked on and I had requested warra and service center could be improved. During scheduling I informed them we would be waiting on the vehicle to be worked on and I had requested warranty parts from the parts department. The day of service we arrived at the appointment time but the warranty parts requested in December and again during scheduling in March were not available. It was also not communicated that we would be waiting on-site for the services to be preformed. More

Dropping off my car for service was easy, and I was given a ride to my office and picked back up when the maintenance was done. Best service center I have had the pleasure to work with since being stationed in Wichita, dale is the the guy to go to for all service needs and makes sure everyone and everything is taken care of in a tim since being stationed in Wichita, dale is the the guy to go to for all service needs and makes sure everyone and everything is taken care of in a timely mannner!
