This one star is for the service department. I love purchasing cars from them but their service department needs a serious overhaul. This last time they had my vehicle for a couple weeks and dur I love purchasing cars from them but their service department needs a serious overhaul. This last time they had my vehicle for a couple weeks and during this time they broke two different parts on my vehicle (and one was on back order for the repair). Then when the car was READY TO PICKUP, it was so dirty. I take care of my vehicle and dropped it off clean. I would expect to get it back in the same manner. I told them that is was filthy... they offered to run it through their car wash. It should have already been cleaned. More
