Really appreciate Amy's explanation of everything. They could not find the problem that we initially had. But, as she explained, they test drove the car 60 miles looking - they obviously did a thoroug They could not find the problem that we initially had. But, as she explained, they test drove the car 60 miles looking - they obviously did a thorough look and didn't just dismiss what we had said. And we haven't seen the problem again since picking the car up. Amy went through everything they had done looking for the issue and reminded us that we had through end of January on warranty so that we can be sure to get the car back in again before then if the problem recurs.
