I scheduled an inspection about 1 week in advance and also asked to check my a/c coolant. My appointment was at 7:40 AM last Tuesday. This should take about an hour or two so I planned to wait and inst also asked to check my a/c coolant. My appointment was at 7:40 AM last Tuesday. This should take about an hour or two so I planned to wait and instead was told I needed to uber home (at expense of the dealership). It took until nearly noon the next day. I had no car and this was just avoidable in my mind. Perhaps do g book a scheduled appointment for simple service when you know it’s a two day process. I’m 57, never in my life has something like this happened. It was senseless, inconvenient and didn’t seem to raise any eyebrows at the dealership other than mine. Something is very wrong with that. I was really saddened by the fact that my 2018 X3 with 60,000 miles on it has cooling issues up to the sum of $10,000 which is an issue that BMW is very aware of and tells me he’s gonna get worse as the f 60,000 miles on it has cooling issues up to the sum of $10,000 which is an issue that BMW is very aware of and tells me he’s gonna get worse as the future goes And I have another X3 in my garage with 20,000 miles that obviously the same thing is gonna happen very hard pressed to say I’ll buy another BMW More

Very happy with my first service visit to BMW of West Chester! Drop off and pickup were really easy, and everyone I worked with was very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed having the Mini Clubman has a loaner Chester! Drop off and pickup were really easy, and everyone I worked with was very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed having the Mini Clubman has a loaner for a few hours while my car was being serviced. Also appreciated that the car was cleaned at the end of the visit (it needed it!) Had good communication about how long it would take for the car to get serviced, and then good follow-up when it was ready. More

My first Mini with Otto BMW. Pete made the sale/lease a breeze. It wouldn't be too difficult for sales since I wanted the Mini weeks ago and simply had to pick out one I liked be Pete made the sale/lease a breeze. Service has been top notch and I do appreciate the video recap they send you of your vehicle after initial inspection. I think this goes a long way to establishing trust.
