I scheduled an inspection about 1 week in advance and also asked to check my a/c coolant. My appointment was at 7:40 AM last Tuesday. This should take about an hour or two so I planned to wait and inst also asked to check my a/c coolant. My appointment was at 7:40 AM last Tuesday. This should take about an hour or two so I planned to wait and instead was told I needed to uber home (at expense of the dealership). It took until nearly noon the next day. I had no car and this was just avoidable in my mind. Perhaps do g book a scheduled appointment for simple service when you know it’s a two day process. I’m 57, never in my life has something like this happened. It was senseless, inconvenient and didn’t seem to raise any eyebrows at the dealership other than mine. Something is very wrong with that. Turns out the a/c was deemed fine so this was not a two day exercise! Thank you, Sean 484-368-4132 More

I was really saddened by the fact that my 2018 X3 with 60,000 miles on it has cooling issues up to the sum of $10,000 which is an issue that BMW is very aware of and tells me he’s gonna get worse as the f 60,000 miles on it has cooling issues up to the sum of $10,000 which is an issue that BMW is very aware of and tells me he’s gonna get worse as the future goes And I have another X3 in my garage with 20,000 miles that obviously the same thing is gonna happen very hard pressed to say I’ll buy another BMW More
