I've been bringing my last three Jeeps there for service, and have purchased the last two there. Location is important and the effort to upgrade the facilities is successful. My only criticism: cut the volume on the radio music. It was very annoying while waiting, as it's not everyone's taste. Try some easy-listening non-vocal if you must, at a much lower background volume. More
