Even though I walked in late for my appointment. Late in the evening. The staff still accommodated me. She walked outside in the freezing cold and snow to grab the preowned vehicle I was interested. An excellent deal maker. The only universal advise I would give to the next buyer is to always check the vehicle in daylight time. So you and the dealer can get a chance to address any issues of false appearances. Briefly, I walked into Destination Kia before Christmas, in need of a reliable vehicle and hopeful that Amy could assist me. My credit rating was less than stellar and I was not expecting much. I had gone to another dealership that morning and they were condescending (to say the least)...I entered Destination Kia expecting the same treatment. I was soooo wrong. Amy Pogorzelski treated me with respect thru out the entire car buying process. She helped me circumvent the various technical issues and helped me to secure financial assistance to purchase my vehicle...and...the vehicle that she found for me was better than I had hoped to find.....low, low mileage and in excellent shape (knock on wood) with a FANTASTIC warranty.
