They worked with my wife and I on price and were able to come within dollars of our agreed upon affordability for a monthly payment. Bryson was a pleasure to work with. We never felt any hard selling tactics . He was personable and easy to work with. One small issue did occur, While driving the dodge home , the caliber seized and caught fire. Called elite motors right away and they had the truck towed within an hour and completely took care of the issue. A few days later we heard a knocking sound while turning left which was occurring on the same side of the caliber issue. Elite also took care of that no questions asked.. We've had nothing but a very pleasant positive experience and will make sure to tell family and friends, as well as community members to seek out Elite motors for their vehicle needs. More

They promised me 8-10 weeks. 12 weeks later I called the warranty company and they informed me that they never received the paperwork. Got that straightened out. 12 weeks later, again, I called the warranty company to find out they had sent my money to elite on june 10th. (This was mid - late July). Called elite, they blew me off for days. July 25th they called me back and promised me I'd have it two or three days later. Now its July 31st and still no check. Salesman was great, the rest are worthless. 6 months for my money that was promised to me in less than two More

For several days Cherie Storino emailed me, always assuring me that the loan process would be quick and smooth, since I had expressed to her my recent inability to obtain a loan from several dealerships in the area. I went in last night about 5:30pm and was met by Jorgen Parend. Within minutes Jorgen had the vehicle at the door for me to test drive. Jorgen did a great job answering all my questions and provided fantastic customer service. After starting the loan process, Jorgen had to leave due to a previous engagement. Jorgen brought in Alejandro Antunez to finish the process. Alejandro was another fine example of customer service. Both salesmen made me feel welcome and so at ease. Once the loan was approved which seemed to be no more than about 25 minutes,I met with Finance Manager Amy Thompson. Again Amy made me feel welcome and so at ease. I have purchased several vehicles, but have never had such a great experience. Between the great selection of quality cars and the great service, Elite Motors will be the first place I go to in the future. I would recommend Elite Motors to anyone. Thanks again! More

Not at all what I had expected going into a car dealership. My Wife and I had expected to come into the dealership and have an experience that is typical of most; a battle. A haggle battle that is almost impos My Wife and I had expected to come into the dealership and have an experience that is typical of most; a battle. A haggle battle that is almost impossible to win, and ends up with us leaving the dealership and waiting for someone to cave. Not the case here. There was minimal stress. Bryson says that he cares about the customer and wants to see satisfied people walking out the door. I can personally attest to this being absolutely and unequivocally true. He helped us, he waited for us while we looked at cars, he didn't pressure us one way or the other. When we had a hiccup in our initial plan, he took the time to talk with managers and come up with a plan of action that was actually better than the one I had in the beginning. An amazing experience here, these guys are here to help and I Highly recommend you see Bryson if you're in a tight spot and really need some assistance. He knows his stuff, and is more than willing to put the work in to make sure you are happy. Great work Bryson and great work Elite. More
