The service department is lacking in professionalism (with the exception of Roger). It took three visits to get our windows shades on our vehicle. Roger was the one who got everything taken care of for us. The people in service need training in customer service. It should not matter if you buy a new car every year or buy on occasion. I have bought my cars from Nick Nicholas and always had my service done there as well. I think a loyal client should mean something. More

Nick Nicholas is a great dealership to work with, whether it is purchasing a vehicle or having it serviced. Made our appointment a week or so out from service appointment. Jasmine took our information and we went to the waiting area. An hour later our oil change and recall checks were completed. We were very pleased with the turnaround time as our previous dealer took 2.5-3 hrs to complete an oil change. Jasmine was great to work with, plus we ran into Ana Cruz (our sales lady). It was great to see her and let her know how much we enjoy our 2025 Explorer. More
