Always accommodating to me. Someone from the service department will call me if they find anything that needs fixed (to get my approval to fix the problem). Plus when the service man called about the tires, he also mentioned the battery was low (from sitting) and to take the car for a long ride. I did and it has been running well. I’m an out of Towner and I went to Nick Nicholas Ford for a non working heater in my Truck. They we so attentive to my problems that I felt like I was at my local Dealership in my Hometown.
