Ana is all about the sale once your committed there is no site of her. As for the dealership, final paperwork was and is still a nightmare, I bought a used auto cash 3 months ago and I am still chasing the site of her. I dealt with Ana Lima to test drive and, ultimately, purchase a 2026 TX. When I came in, I found out there was no TX available to test drive.
