Initial contact was on the web, received response quickly with the details explained accurately. Made deal over the phone the next day and picked up the car a couple days later. Arrived to a wonderful expe with the details explained accurately. Made deal over the phone the next day and picked up the car a couple days later. Arrived to a wonderful experience, no waiting no lengthy sales pitch. Ana spent over 30 minutes sitting in the car with me going over all the features explaining everything clearly. We then drove around so I could experience those features live. She answered every question with a smile and waited until I was satisfied before going back inside to close out the paperwork. I've been to other Lexus dealers with great service, but this one was definitely a step above and way more relaxed. More

Ana Lima was awesome. She sent me videos of the cars, and information on out the door pricing and was in communication with me even on her day off. She was very professional , and so knowledgeable about everything LEXUS. We drove 3 hrs. To look at the cars, and she did everything to make us feel comfortable . Her mgr. Shawn, Mike, and Kaleb were very nice and helpful to get the car we liked. If I know of anyone looking to buy a vehicle I would surely recommend Ana and Sarasota Lexus.Thank you all!!
