We showed interest in a used vehicle that was NOT a Lexus. Once the deal was put together with my trade-in and cash, we thought we could just sign over the title to our trade-in, write a check, and pi Lexus. Once the deal was put together with my trade-in and cash, we thought we could just sign over the title to our trade-in, write a check, and pick up the vehicle. But, NO it took us about three hours to complete the transaction because we had to meet with the "finance" guy. He did his Selling spree regarding financing and then additional warranty coverage options.....not interested. In the middle of signing many documents, another "the boss - finance guy" came into the office and stuck his nose into our business, which we did not appreciate. The end result was that we finally left the dealership WITHOUT the jump drive containing all the documents we had just signed. Just don't understand why it takes so long to buy a car once we've agreed on the price and are ready to pay for it. Ana Lima, our salesperson, was great. She has no control over dealership policies. More
