I found myself needing a fuel efficient commuter vehicle for my drive from Cape Coral to Sarasota every day and my Toyota Tundra was NOT that commuter vehicle. Walked in and was immediately greeting my Ana for my drive from Cape Coral to Sarasota every day and my Toyota Tundra was NOT that commuter vehicle. Walked in and was immediately greeting my Ana Lima, who showed me three vehicles with great fuel milage ratings. Ended up purchasing the Honda Clarity Plug in Hybrid vehicle. This process took me over three days, but Ana was equally enthusiastic every time I came in to test drive the three vehicles. Ana worked her tail off to get me situated. While sitting during the negotiations, the General Manager Chris Lima (no relation) stopped by to introduce himself, shake my hand and thank me for coming in. Jor, the finance rep who is new to the dealership and struggling with the computer system, was extremely accommodating and apologetic for her not being familiar with the state-of-the-art tools, but we successfully managed to make this vehicle now mine. Ana walked me out to my vehicle and treated me like I was purchasing their finest vehicle, not just a pre-owned vehicle. In my many decades of purchasing at new car dealerships, Ana, by far, was the best salesperson I have EVER worked with. Cannot recommend her any better. She is the finest more!!!! More
