Purchased my car (Rav4) at Toyota of Hackensack after reading good reviews on Yelp. My salesperson was Ana Meyers. She was great and made the purchase quite easy. I would use her again in the future. Two words of advice before you purchase a new car (at any dealership). Dec 2021 - if your car is not on site it may take awhile(weeks to months) to be delivered. This was not a problem for me, was just extra excited when it arrived. The other advice involves trading a car in. Make sure to bring and examine your title. If you had any financing at time of purchase you may require a "lien release" form to accompany the title (it just says the car is fully paid.) It took over a month and a half for the incompetent clowns at Hyundai (not Toyota!) Financing to deliver a copy of the form. That was the most frustrating thing about an otherwise pain-free enjoyable car experience with Ana M. Oh, also she is a pretty lady... More
