Went in for two recalls on my Supra. Waited in the waiting room over 3 1/2 hours. Unfortunately that is not the same with the finance department. WATCH OUT!!!! I work as a Data Scientist for a finance company. I don't think they knew that and thought I was a noob (I am a recent graduate and may be that painted a picture of a scape goat?). The loan options they presented to me was 'predatory' and a complete rip off. I understand we are all here to do business and make money, but these were unacceptable standards. Overall, sales is one of the best experiences. Walk in with your own finance options and you will be good to go. More
