I walked in on a Monday morning knowing exactly which car I wanted to test drive. I met with Jim. From start to finish he was friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy. We had a few things we needed to adjust on the paperwork, but we got the deal done. Both of these guys were easy to work with. I’m a women and never felt intimated.
