New Car Buying Process--Painless On Thursday, July 31, 2014, I stopped by the Orlando KIA West Dealership in search of a NEW (2014) KIA Soul--Black Exterior and interior, automatic tr On Thursday, July 31, 2014, I stopped by the Orlando KIA West Dealership in search of a NEW (2014) KIA Soul--Black Exterior and interior, automatic transmission, a nice space in the back with a floor guard for my teacher rolling cart, as well as power everything. This was the ideal. Realistically, however, I was curious as to whether they would honor what was advertised on their flyer. The customer service was excellent--from the greeter, to sales, to finance. In one afternoon, I left with a 2014 black KIA Soul (ext. and int.), automatic transmission, power everything, a space in the back with a floor guard for my cart. Thank you for making my new car buying experience a positive one guys! --Sundai Brown, Florida teacher More

The only complaint i have, I would have like to see a price, what my trade in was worth, and the amount I was paying simply. I could have made a faster decision. I think the days of haggling, and what payment you want should go away. Still walk away Happy. I'll be back. More

Love it! I was looking for a used car with low(er) miles and very low payment, along with a balance of a factory warranty. Well 2 out of 3 isn't bad. Honestl I was looking for a used car with low(er) miles and very low payment, along with a balance of a factory warranty. Well 2 out of 3 isn't bad. Honestly, I got all three if you take a good look at it. I didn't have any money to put down, but I did have a trade so that helped. I went to look at an Optima which was perfect! Just not the situation that would lend itself to me. Anas suggested we look at this Soul that was on the lot. I was like, "you've got to be kidding me, not a freaking hamster car!" I desperately needed a vehicle so I said, "yes, let's take a look at it" and boy am I glad that I did! I ended up loving the car. It is a 2011 and had 34k when I drove off the lot. It was certified pre-owned and everything! I loved the way it drove and the price was OK too. Long story short, I took the vehicle home. This was the 2nd car that I've purchased from Anas. He is kind, patient, and very knowledgeable about all facets of the business. Thank you again Orlando Kia! More

An Excellent team, I have been doing business with Orlando Kia West since early 2009 and 3 cars later I think I can say how great these people have treated my wife and I. Each of these individuals hav Orlando Kia West since early 2009 and 3 cars later I think I can say how great these people have treated my wife and I. Each of these individuals have shown me nothing but respect and never pushed me a direction I did not want to go. Anas is the most considerate salesman I have ever done business with, ans every time I go back to the dealership for service on my vehicles, he greets me like we known each other for years. A very nice gentleman and highly professional. What can I say about Jonathan? This man bent over backwards to get me the best deal on each of the cars I purchased, and when I needed assistance with a small issue, he was on the phone making sure it was taken care of, and he was doing this while he slammed with other customers needing assistance. Not to mention it wasn't even his job to take care of. This is a stand up, straight forward, customer first, very honest group of individuals. Having 3 cars from the same dealership means I spend a good amount of time there making sure these cars are taken care of, especially since 2 of them are the beautiful Optima Hybrids. These cars will only be serviced by Orlando Kia West service team, which is led by the highly customer oriented service manager Jamie. I have to say I am a bit picky when it comes to getting things done. I am surprised how it has not phased her at all when it comes to doing her job. Again another individual who does her job perfectly and shows me nothing but respect every time we talk. Her entire team is highly motivated in doing the job to meet the customers highest expectations, which reflects on her as a great team leader. A Job Well Done Orlando Kia West!! More
