Love it! I was looking for a used car with low(er) miles and very low payment, along with a balance of a factory warranty. Well 2 out of 3 isn't bad. Honestly, I got all three if you take a good look at it. I didn't have any money to put down, but I did have a trade so that helped. I went to look at an Optima which was perfect! Just not the situation that would lend itself to me. Anas suggested we look at this Soul that was on the lot. I was like, "you've got to be kidding me, not a freaking hamster car!" I desperately needed a vehicle so I said, "yes, let's take a look at it" and boy am I glad that I did! I ended up loving the car. It is a 2011 and had 34k when I drove off the lot. It was certified pre-owned and everything! I loved the way it drove and the price was OK too. Long story short, I took the vehicle home. This was the 2nd car that I've purchased from Anas. He is kind, patient, and very knowledgeable about all facets of the business. Thank you again Orlando Kia! More

Anas is the most considerate salesman I have ever done business with, ans every time I go back to the dealership for service on my vehicles, he greets me like we known each other for years. A very nice gentleman and highly professional.What can I say about Jonathan? This man bent over backwards to get me the best deal on each of the cars I purchased, and when I needed assistance with a small issue, he was on the phone making sure it was taken care of, and he was doing this while he slammed with other customers needing assistance.Not to mention it wasn't even his job to take care of. This is a stand up, straight forward, customer first, very honest group of individuals. Having 3 cars from the same dealership means I spend a good amount of time there making sure these cars are taken care of, especially since 2 of them are the beautiful Optima Hybrids. These cars will only be serviced by Orlando Kia West service team, which is led by the highly customer oriented service manager Jamie. I have to say I am a bit picky when it comes to getting things done. I am surprised how it has not phased her at all when it comes to doing her job. I have purchased over a dozen new cars in the past and by far, this has been the best experience I have ever had. When I came there, I fully expected to have to negotiate, argue fight and walk away a few tim far, this has been the best experience I have ever had. Ana is very good in what he does. He is very friendly and polite. When my wife and I got there he treated us if he knew us before.
