I am truly sorry to hear about the frustrating experience you and your daughter-in-law have had. Waiting since March 3rd for a return call is completely unacceptable, and I sincerely apologize for the lack of communication and the stress this has caused. At Greenway Kia West, we pride ourselves on being responsive to our neighbors in Orlando and across Central Florida, and it is clear we have failed to meet that standard in this instance. I would like to personally look into this immediately to find out why your calls haven't been returned and to resolve whatever issue you are facing. Please contact me directly so I can make this right for your family. Anas Lazaar General Manager Email: alazaar@greenwayautomotive.com
