Extremely disappointed. Great salesperson then we t down hill from there. Drove 1 hour because of selection purchased a new top of the line telluride and ended up paying m Great salesperson then we t down hill from there. Drove 1 hour because of selection purchased a new top of the line telluride and ended up paying more than I agreed to but didn’t realize it till I printed out my paperwork. When I returned to address it was, sorry! Really? I only do business w those who are trustworthy. No recommendations here for further buisness. Will be sending some more paperwork to voice my complaints. Not only that, was told certain things had been done on my car that I was charged for only to discover when I got home that they hadn’t been done as promised. Shady. Watch it, be careful and beware. I hate to say that. No more car buying from greenway Kia west unless….have had several people ask, where did we get the telluride? You will end up losing in the end. Poor experience. Invested a lot of money in a new top of the line telluride. I traveled over an hour to greenway Kia west because of the selection. I was promised discounts only for them to Renig on the offers but didn’t find out till after getting home and printing out paperwork. I am a trustworthy person and expect the same of others I do business with. In no way can I recommend others to do business w greenway Kia west. I’m saddened over this. Watch the paperwork process. Don’t believe anything you are told and just because your salesperson brings you a final agreement, don’t be surprised to later on find it wasn’t honored. But you may not find that out till afterwards because your paperwork is on a flash drive. Best to find a dealership you can trust. Worst car buying experience to this point in my 60 years of doing business. Best to just stay away More

The following information was emailed to me. When talking to the dealership I asked if this applied to me because I had to drive 1 1/2 hours. Yes, I was told they would work with the offers. I w When talking to the dealership I asked if this applied to me because I had to drive 1 1/2 hours. Yes, I was told they would work with the offers. I was let out of my lease early, gave them a low mileage car in excellent condition. I really only had one new vehicle to choose from, even though I was told a number were available. I did not get a lower lease payment, increased $50. New KIA was same price as my traded in KIA from 3 1/2 years ago. I was told no down payment, yet had to make a lease payment. I had just mad my lease payment, so I really feel it should have been rated proportionally to the time periods. High doubt I will see a refund. AS FOR THE SERVICE…EXCELLENT sales person, lease person, service person and the detailed was OK, they left some protectant on my dash, but I understand why, I can’t get it off either! This is my 5th KIA since 2012, all have been problem free. I do feel the quality has diminished on each trade. My first KIA Optima had a beautiful body style and interior. The important thing is that I feel my KIA will get me safely to and from whatever adventure I take, even if it is just a mile to work. Thank you Ray for your time!!! More

The only thing I had an issue with was the detail department. They did a HORRIBLE JOB CLEANING MY CAR. My brand new car was FILTHY! You would think, paying so much for a brand new car the least they department. They did a HORRIBLE JOB CLEANING MY CAR. My brand new car was FILTHY! The process was smooth for the most part. I came looking at different options and decided on one. It was not easy to talk them into a reasonable rate. At the end of the day they still got me I came looking at different options and decided on one. It was not easy to talk them into a reasonable rate. At the end of the day they still got me on a warranty that I know I don't need. because of that I ended up spending WAY over budget. The warranty is decent though and I do have peace of mind even if the warranty cost way more then it needed to be. Hence the 4 Stars. Everyone was very nice though. They treated me with respect, which I appreciate being a woman. More
