I couldn’t say enough good things about metro Toyota, after having one of the worst experiences you can have at Bedford Toyota. I walk into metro and after 5 minutes knew I was home and where I wanted to after having one of the worst experiences you can have at Bedford Toyota. I walk into metro and after 5 minutes knew I was home and where I wanted to buy a car. Barry was wonderful with my kids and was like suto grandpa in the hour I was there. Anastasia was so knowledgeable and friendly and all while staying patient with my first car buying experience. If you want to feel valued and heard about what you want and need go to metro. We chose metro Toyota because it was close to home. Best decision! Anastasia was wonderful, as was the rest of the staff. Anastasia Kaluszyk went above and beyond for me to get the car I wanted! Even when the options weren't playing out good for me, she did all she could to make sure I left that car lot with the 2020 Black C the car I wanted! Even when the options weren't playing out good for me, she did all she could to make sure I left that car lot with the 2020 Black Camry AWD I test drove a week before and fell in love with. Very kind lady, answered all my questions and concerns. The whole process was easy and fast! The whole staff was great, from Manager, Sales, Finance! Dealership and especially the salesperson Ken were excellent to work with. Dealership was spotless and had very nice amenities, coffee etc. I have purchased Lexus vehicles (3 thus far) and wanted a ve excellent to work with. Dealership was spotless and had very nice amenities, coffee etc. I have purchased Lexus vehicles (3 thus far) and wanted a vehicle to pull a small travel trailer with and purchased a 4Runner Limited because of my prior dealings with Toyota . Compared to other brands Toyota seems to take customer care and satisfaction to the next level and was very impressed with Metro Toyota in particular as they bent over backwards to accommodate my pricing and needs, no stress dealings. Ken was also an extremely personal customer oriented individual and made it a very pleasurable experience, hats off to all personnel I worked with More
