As an enthusiast of German cars, I realized the dream by building a career with passion and devotion of 20 years with Mercedes-Benz, striving for the “Das Beste oder Nichts” or “The Best or Nothing”, applying the philosophy to both professional and personal lives. I was honored to be the only Maybach and SLR McLaren sales associate in Russia from the launch of the Maybach brand in 2002. My canvas of profession is colored with all aspects of customizing cars. I gained a unique experience in the individualization processes used at the Center of Excellence and the AMG factory in Germany. After moving to the US in November 2016 I challenged myself to become a part of Mercedes-Benz family in the heart of Manhattan. “The secret of getting ahead is getting started,”wrote Mark Twain. My dream became true in November 2018. Selling cars for me is a kind of art, I’m thrilled to work with new clients and providing an exceptional experience.

Amazing Experience with First Mercedes Purchase Anastasia helped me navigate my first Mercedes car purchase which was a big jump from any car I've owned in the past. I live right next to a Mercedes dealership but the sales people I met basically brushed me off. Anastasia was responsive and attentive the entire time. Not to mention all negotiations were done via telephone and email due to covid-19. Things have changed drastically due to the epidemic and Anastasia made me feel confident with my purchase and safe and secure during pick up. I already told her that I plan to recommend friends and family who are looking to buy a Mercedes to her in the future! More

Anastasia was attentive from the second I walked in through the doors. She was so knowledgeable and knew the answers to every question I had before I ever knew I needed to ask them!! She reviewed everything with me from start to finish; she followed up with me the next day as promised and when we concluded our deal she threw in free car mats for me!!! Now that’s what I call service! Manager was incredible as well; I believe his name was Giorgi. In any case; this was the dream team and they made my experience as positive as it gets. This is why I stay with Mercedes; ten stars. More

As reported below, I am now a convert and will return! My lease was coming due. I cold-called the dealer and was put in touch with Anastasia Zbarskaya who immediately gave me a price far below what I was getting elsewhere. Everywhere else also gave me quite a run-around.... "let me get back to you.." "let me check with my manager...." "when can you come in.." I'm busy with work and family. I don't need to waste my time haggling with some dealership. This deal was smooth and was struck in minutes after she located a car. The day the car was ready, I went to MB Manhattan to drop off my old lease. (They took me out of the old lease early -- as is de rigeur with MB these days.) The new MB facility in NYC was spotless and futuristic, Staff was helpful and I will continue to sing the praises of Anastasia and MB Manhattan to anyone who will listen. She made sure that everything on the sticker was actually delivered with the car going so far as to get me all new weather mats out of the parts department! Good follow up the next day as well, to inquire about my adapting to the new electronics. A bit daunting, but I'm getting the hang of it. Just fantastic. Thanks Anastasia and MB Manhattan More
