We have purchased seven Volvos . I had a bad experience with sales at another MA Volvo dealership, so I was on alert. What mattered to me in the process was thoughtful, detail oriented customer satisfaction-based service and honesty. I felt I got that from Rafi and the business manager. Both were kind, helpful, thorough and listened to what was important to me. Rafi worked hard to get the car I purchased ready in record time and made sure I was happy throughout the process. I bought a used certified 2019 car recently from Volvo Norwood, they are very responsive till the sale happens. My car had many issues, their service department sucks and they dont even know how to fix a Norwood, they are very responsive till the sale happens. My car had many issues, their service department sucks and they dont even know how to fix a simple thing. I wouldn't recommencement them to anyone. If you need peace of mind, please stay away from them. They offer you warranty and coverage for 2 months,but once the sale happened, they dont even care about you and its very hard to reach them, they dont even answer the call. Very bad experience working with them. More
