In the first year of our lease, my wife brought in the Ascent for an oil change. The salesperson talked her into spending $250. In year two of the lease we had a nail in a tire. In year three of the lease I brought in the car for oil change. They said all four tires need replacing and that the battery was bad. This constant pushyness from the service people makes me want to vomit. Not being able to make an appointment is inconvenient also. When this lease is up, I hope I never have to step into this dealer again. More

I sent an email to the Luther Bloomington Acura Subaru but after more than a week I still received no reply, now I want to speak my mind here again. My first car was an Acura and I loved it so much beca but after more than a week I still received no reply, now I want to speak my mind here again. My first car was an Acura and I loved it so much because of all the options and features it had compared to other brands. That’s why I picked Acura RDX 2021 for my wife. Today I finally had a chance to try out the car and show my wife all the features but then I was so disappointed. The critical safety features wasn’t there. For example, the Lane departure warning, it doesn’t beep whenever I hit the line and only showed a text on the dashboard but you can’t focus on the dashboard when you’re driving. The seatbelt indicator doesn’t light up until a while driving. The Blind Spot Monitor is a basic safety feature it doesn’t even have. The salesperson failed to mention it doesn’t have the feature so I just assumed it would. With the 2017 Toyota highlander I have right now still offer that feature as basic package and I know other cars do too. I thought Acura would do better now that it’s 2021. The sole purpose of choosing a brand new Acura for my wife was to ensure her safety and make driving more enjoyable for her. But I don’t feel like the car has enough potential to keep her safe. Me myself was going to trade in my Toyota for an Acura but now I found out that a 2021 Acura can’t compare to my 2017 Toyota. We’re extremely disappointed. I want to know if there’s a better option to solve this problem.” Binh Dang More
