Thank you for your response and as we discussed on the phone... my wishes and direction to the salesman and the trade-in manager were that I would bring my vehicle elsewhere after receiving your offer. I was then asked to wait and your manager contacted a BMW ownership that you own (Luther Park Place)... I said that was fine by me. After your second offer I decided to go to a nearby Minneapolis BMW dealership for a second opinion. While I was waiting to get my vehicle back your manager called over to them and when I arrived there the price they offered ended up being identical to yours and over $3,500 less than what it was pre-valued in writing by them. However since both dealerships knew their competition and discussed prior to me arriving the new value was set. You had already contacted your Park Place BMW dealership you own. There was no reason to contact the other dealership (not owned by you) I said I was heading to unless you were trying to tank or influence me getting a fair deal.
