No high pressure sales Went in looking for a used 2018 Outback. After looking for a few minutes, Andre Arzuza, told us for almost the same price look at new. He was right. Went in looking for a used 2018 Outback. After looking for a few minutes, Andre Arzuza, told us for almost the same price look at new. He was right. We got a great deal on a 2019 from the lot. We were very happy with the deal. Had not bought a new car in 30 years. The one negative is dealing with the hard sell from fiance (we paid cash) wanted me to spend another $6,000 on sealant, extend warranty, fob insurance and others. We did not buy any. From the great salesman to this was a complete 360. I would definitely go back to buy another car. More

Thank you Subaru Service Center It was great that Andrea arranged to pick the car up at the house since I am not going out due to Covid 19. He was great in communicating with me rega It was great that Andrea arranged to pick the car up at the house since I am not going out due to Covid 19. He was great in communicating with me regarding the times the car would be picked up and dropped off. Andrea was great to work with and I would highly recommend. The employees who came were friendly and helpful. I thought the price of changing out the brakes was too expensive ($360) since the car is going off lease in three months and I drive very infrequently. They assured me that there would be no safety issues which was good to know. More
