Marc, the service manager and his team of technicians (Umer) serviced my vehicle as the manufacturer outlined. I came in to have additional services performed, services not covered under warranty, with a (Umer) serviced my vehicle as the manufacturer outlined. I came in to have additional services performed, services not covered under warranty, with an out of pocket cost, but was told, you don't need it at this point. Many dealers would have performed the service regardless of whether I needed it or not, but Marc and his team have always done right by me. It's integrity that matters most. They aren't the closest Subaru dealer to me, but Marc and Umer have treated me right, and for those reasons, I'll make the longer drive to them. Sincerely, Gil More
