The so-called inspection in October included a photo of a
torn rear windshield wiper. It was recommended the wiper be replaced. Unfortunately, the photo was from the inspection done in September after which

I always work with Edson Trujillo and this is the first time I have ever had a bad experience with the service department at South Bay Infiniti. I am going to assume it is a one off.

We take great pride in our transparency, and it is clear we missed the mark here. I am grateful that you mentioned your history with Edson Trujillo; we value your loyalty and are relieved that you are willing to view this as a "one-off," though we certainly do not want to take that for granted.
