Called, sales rep didn't know much about the car I wanted, I requested a different rep who I think was upset because now the commission had to be split and wasn't too helpful either. Sales manager kin wanted, I requested a different rep who I think was upset because now the commission had to be split and wasn't too helpful either. Sales manager kind of shrugged it off gave me horrible numbers for leftover year cars. Went across the street to Hyundai and got what I wanted for a great deal and customer service. I bought a kia 2 years ago here so I dont know what happened. More
