I have been scoping the new 27 Telluride Hybrid and they had the exact trim and color I was looking for. Michael gave me space to check the car out in a bay by myself and was right there when I was ready with questions. Explained all of the new features and made the whole experience from start to finish so easy. Was also so patient with my 3 year old the whole time.
