Typical dealer games. Up selling for profit, such as nitro fill, ceramic coating that is not real ceramic coating. Claiming work performed on the carfax that is not done, such as rear shock replacement and it is still equipped with the original shocks. They did change the brake pads but did not resurface front rotors as claimed. I know this because the rotor set screw was stripped out. Easy stuff to get repaired on my end and now I know it’s been done and done right. Asked thensalesman to find out how long the vehicle has been at the dealer and he stated 7 days. I already knew the answer. It’s more like 30 days and the carfax has the work performed date to match the 30’days. More
