After several cycles of negotitaion with the saleman, Andre Robinson, we were able to agree at a price that was within my budget. And based on that I agreed in principle to purchase the vehicle. The day after arriving in Raleigh I visited the dealership, test drove the vehicle and inked the deal. I picked up the vehicle a couple days later after obtaining my NC drivers license and returning my rental car at the airport. Mr. Robinson was kind enough to pick us up from the airport after i returned the rental car. After purchase Mr. Robinson gave me a tour of the service and parts center and obtained business cards from service staff who I could contact directly. That is good service. More

I searched all over the State of NC and he was by and large the BEST salesman I came across amongst several dealerships of different makes and models. He is incredibly quick to respond to any contact, but never once "pushy" or "baiting" me and for my highly indecisive and over-analytical personality, that works best for me. We had been back and forth at Fred Anderson's about 4-5 times and found out that the vehicle we wanted was set to arrive in a week. We went in and saw Andre and he made the buying experience very easy and comfortable. We never felt like we were being pushed to purchase but rather felt like he was very informative and listened to what our concerns were. If you're looking for someone who is very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful, Andre is the guy to see! For financing, Steve was our guy and he was wonderful! More

He was very clear and through with explanation of operation of the car. Was not too pleased with the initial price quoted which i guess is responsibility of your sales manager but after some haggling we got close to price i expected to pay. Also not too pleased with the financial side and the explanation of the warranty and the Fred Anderson plan. Still don't understand all that mumbo jumbo. But let me be clear, Andre not involved in the things i did not like and i did not mention those things to him. He was great! . More

Eager to Serve Late in 2016 I came to Fred Anderson Toyota for service on my 2008 Prius. While there, I decided to take a look at the 2017 Prius models. Andre Robins Late in 2016 I came to Fred Anderson Toyota for service on my 2008 Prius. While there, I decided to take a look at the 2017 Prius models. Andre Robinson was the salesman who was available at the time. He showed me and my wife several models and helpfully answered our questions. More recently, I made the decision to purchase a 2017 Prius and immediately asked to speak with Andre. Once again, Andre was very helpful. I had already decided on the model I wanted and he immediately found it in stock and prepared the necessary paperwork. Once the sales process was completed, he helped to transfer my personal items from the old car into the new one and then gave me a thorough introduction on all the new instrumentation in the 2017 Prius. He helped make this whole process quick and easy and sold me the car I wanted. Not only that, but he has shown an eager willingness to help with any additional questions I might have. He was always knowledgeable, respectful, and eager to serve. More
