Professional, informative and not pushy Andre was professional throughout my process of buying a new Highlander. He knew the features, options and differences between the various models, and Andre was professional throughout my process of buying a new Highlander. He knew the features, options and differences between the various models, and he explained them well. He also was pleasant to negotiate with and wasn't pushy. I felt like I got a good, fair deal. Great Experience I first stopped by while I was just looking and Andre was very helpful and honest with me. After looking around and checking pricing through a servic I first stopped by while I was just looking and Andre was very helpful and honest with me. After looking around and checking pricing through a service, I went back to Fred Anderson and allowed Andre to make a final offer since he really impressed me on my initial visit.
