Our Sales Specialist was Andre Robinson and we were more than impressed! Andre was personable, professional, and very easy going through out the entire process. He knew the vehicle and answered any questions we threw his way, and trust me, there were many questions and requests. He was patient and productive. We never got a negative response about anything we asked of him and he represented Fred Anderson well with integrity and honesty! We had a trade in and also looked into purchasing a used car there as well and Andre walked the entire lot several times trying to accommodate our needs. I used USAA's car buyi The process was simple and straightforward from the time I first contacted the dealership until the time I left with a new car. I used USAA's car buying service to identify dealerships in the area that guaranteed a fair price on a new 4Runner. Upon submitting my information through is car buying service, Andre from Fred Anderson Toyota was the first to contact me. He was professional on the phone and not overly aggressive as a salesperson. I set up an appointment to visit the dealership. What I liked most about this dealership is the fact that they didn't waste my time or play games. None of the cliche car salesman techniques of the past with Andre. As soon as I arrived I was greeted professionally and shown the exact vehicle we had discussed on the phone. When I said I wanted to buy it we got right down to business with the paperwork (No up-selling). For my trade-in, they offered me a fair Kelly Blue Book value right up front. No games here either. The financing and paperwork portion was quick and easy. Despite the fact I already had approved financing before I showed up to the dealership, they were able to get me approved for a rate that was .06 lower than my current loan offer. Although it's a small discount, every little bit helps and the fact that they made the effort to win my business counts for something. Overall, I have no complaints and I believe I got the best deal possible without having to haggle or negotiate at all. More
