Our brand new Traverse’s brakes began making a grinding noise. We called and got an early appointment for the next morning. We left it and it was looked at within the hour. They called to say they were rep noise. We called and got an early appointment for the next morning. We left it and it was looked at within the hour. They called to say they were replacing the 2 front pads and that it would be ready same day . Later that afternoon they called and we picked it up. Every person we talked to was personable and professional. Brakes seem fine now. More
