All the experiences started the same with an online contact and an online price that was confirmed with the dealerships by my wife. With 5 of the 6 dealerships that confirmed price changed by the time we got to the dealership by 2 or 3 thousand dollars. Not so with Advantage. When we got there The sales manager had copies of the communications between the internet associate and my wife. He turned us over to Andre who could not have been more friendly. He took over the process and within an hour we made the purchase. No going back and forth, no increasing car pricing, no surprise fees and no hard selling techniques. They explained everything to my husband and I clearly as well as they were knowledgeable about any questions that we had. My family had been having a hard week and this was a great experience to bring our spirits back up. They treated us more like family than customers. Admittedly, I was way more attached to the other car going in, but hadn't gotten to go test drive one yet. Andre Thomas was a great professional to work with. I was incredibly difficult as a customer, I am sure, as I was as indecisive as they come. He had the patience and gentle persistence necessary to allow me to consider all of the pros and cons, and allowed me plenty of time to think it over. In the end, I left with an unbeatable deal, and a lower car payment than I had on my trade-in. That's pretty amazing. I highly recommend Advantage Chevrolet as well as Andre as a salesman to work with. It was a hard decision, but in the end, I believe I made the most informed and wise decision, and I know I could not have done so had I not had a salesman with the poise Andre brought to the experience. More
