My experience with the entire Sam Swope staff far exceeded my expectations. The experience started during a conversation with Peggy Goldberg about leasing options on new vehicles. She introduced me t exceeded my expectations. The experience started during a conversation with Peggy Goldberg about leasing options on new vehicles. She introduced me to Andre Uchitel who help me pick out a vehicle and explain in simple terms all of my purchasing options. One of the managers, Chuck, welcomed me to the dealership and answered additional questions while arranging for an extended test drive. The process of learning my options and appraising my vehicle was very smooth. After ordering the vehicle, Andre kept in close communication and my new vehicle arrived within four days. Even though there are many steps before a customer can actually take delivery of a vehicle, each employee who helped with various aspects of the process made me feel like they genuinely valued my business. Kevin Boone reviewed insurance information with me; Frank Carter reviewed all of the financial documents in a very simple way; and Dylan did a great job customizing the features on my vehicle before I left. What strikes me most about this experience, is that it felt like I was in partnership with each of these Sam Swope employees to select, finance, and take delivery of an amazing vehicle. Every person took pride in the role they played in the process, so I felt more like I was among friends then in a company's sales process. I highly recommend visiting a Sam Swope dealership to anyone considering buying or leasing a vehicle. More

Past experiences with other dealership and high pressured deals have left dreading the idea of buying another car. David Lail and Andre Uchitel at Sam Swope Honda World came highly recommended to me as the sales people I needed to see. I have worked in customer service for 30+ yrs and know quality customer service is hard to get in today's world. However, I must say Daid Lail, Ben Marlin and Andre Uchitel were very professional and went beyond measure to provide me with excellent customer service. They listened to what I said and and found the exact car I wanted to meet my needs. I found the staff to be friendly professional people. They provide numerous choices of cars at very affordable prices. Sales were not high pressure and were handled in such a manner that it made my car buying experience easy and stress free. The dealership is clean and inviting in appearance. I left there feeling that I had made the right choice and in the future my car will be serviced professionally. We are 3 generation Honda lovers, but drive across the state line to shop at Sam Swope because the people are pleasant and make car buying an enjoyable experience!!
