The service itself was very good. Andrea kept me abreast of the entire process from check in to the completion of the inspection. My two issues with this department were: 1) When I called to schedule my appointment, the female service rep (not Andrea) was very curt and short with me on the phone. As soon as she scheduled my appointment time, she immediately hung up the phone. 2) When I went to pick up my vehicle, the parking spot where they said the vehicle was supposed to be, there was another vehicle parked into that spot. After personally checking the next 2 rows of vehicles, I returned to the cashiers office and informed the young lady that my car is not where she said it was (she got the spot off of the paperwork that was given to her). She looked flustered and did not know what to do. Fortunately a salesman was there, took my keys and had one of the mechanics look for my car. Approximately 10-15 minutes later, the mechanic appeared with my vehicle. More
