I've been here before and will return, I only take my truck to the Ford Dealer. However, when you schedule your vehicle for a time slot there is an expectation this is providing Technician capacity to pe truck to the Ford Dealer. However, when you schedule your vehicle for a time slot there is an expectation this is providing Technician capacity to perform the work. It took 1 hr and 45 min to do a standard oil change, period. Most dealerships offer a "Fast lane" for work like this but not here. The wait was very disappointing. More

I purchased the what I thought at the time the premium maintenance plan to go along with my $100k truck. 2 things really disappointed me with this service . The first is your policy of not providing a loa maintenance plan to go along with my $100k truck. 2 things really disappointed me with this service . The first is your policy of not providing a loaner vehicle while you are servicing the vehicle. I bought a Lincoln up in South Hills. They will come down to Glen Dale WV pick up my vehicle and leave a loaner while they perform the maintenance or repair. I paid less for that vehicle and maintenance program. I don’t understand why you can’t at least provide a loaner vehicle while service is being provided even when I drive the truck 50 minutes to you? I sat in the waiting room almost 2 hours while you performed the service. The other thing that bothered me was I thought all the fluids including the DEF were supposed to be topped off? I checked the DEF on my way home and it was only at 50%. I had questioned Don about this before I left and he said it was at a level that didn’t require DEF being added? Again I thought I purchased the premium maintenance plan and this would have been done? Other than those 2 issues I’m assuming that everything was done correctly? I know all vehicles are expensive these day but when you spend around $100k for a vehicle and a premium maintenance plan I would think amenities like a loaner vehicle would be provided. More

The service rep and techs are always helpful and do great work. I’ve been going to these guys for years for all my main work. They always advise me on what’s wrong and when it needs done and try to get me th work. I’ve been going to these guys for years for all my main work.
