I called for an appointment and they got us in the same day. They fixed the problem lickety split and I picked my car up that evening. Everyone I dealt with was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. Communication with Andrea Baumgardner was right-on. She kept me updated on the progress for our Bronco (PA Inspect, Emissions, The Works package and some recalls from Ford).
