I paid for a car in cash and did not get the services I was promised. I returned the car for a promised free car wash and it was not done. The reps were very attentive to my calls when I was searching for a car and now that I purchased one, it very difficult for me to get someone to call me back or respond in a timely manner. More

After being processed through 3 different trucks where the first 2 were defective and having to wait 8 months on the 3rd to get my handy-cap plates because of a title issue.
