On 3/13 I but a brand new 2026 Mitsubishi. I purchased insurance with them gave them my card to rain and they gave me an insurance card. This dealership was unprofessional and did discuss things with me thoroughly. They did not discuss all of my available options with me. They would not fill up my gas tank and a week after I bought the car, t with me thoroughly. They did not discuss all of my available options with me. They would not fill up my gas tank and a week after I bought the car, the routine maintenance notification showed up. They refused to change the oil in the vehicle and told me it was my responsibility. I also found a bra under the seat the same day I bought it. I was told it was never owned by another person. It had 1900 miles on the car. I’m very disappointed and disgusted with this company. The finance person also called me a week after I bought the car to ask for additional documentation so he could finalize my finance paperwork. That’s when I found out I was approved by multiple lenders but was told by the finance manager that no one would approve except 1 company. I wish I would have listened to my intuition and never purchased a vehicle with them. My sales person was not knowledgeable about the vehicles she was selling. She also rushed me to make a decision and then left me sitting in a room for an hour without checking in with me. It was a horrible experience. More
