Hi, I’m Andrea! I’ve just transitioned from sales into my new role as a Service Advisor at Brookdale VW. My passion for Volkswagens brought me here, and now I get to help by keeping your VW running its best and making service simple and stress-free. Before the dealership, I was a full-time karate instructor, which I still do. With 10+ years of martial arts, I’ve learned discipline, communication, and consistency — all of which I bring to the service drive. Whether it’s routine maintenance or something unexpected, I’ll make sure you and your vehicle are well cared for. Outside of work, I’m a proud dog mom to Dinali (Australian Shepherd) and Everist (Border Collie) — and yes, I’ll remember your dog’s name too! I look forward to building lasting relationships and being someone you can count on at Brookdale VW.

I met Andrea in the midst of a long search for a good family vehicle. Her overall customer service and attentiveness to our wish list (which changed multiple times) was awesome. Andrea Schneider is the best! Luther Brookdale VW made it easy and quick to purchase our car. We were not local and was able to do everything online prior to purchasing.
