Matthew was really helpful from start to finish on the deal. Quite knowledgeable about a bit more niche car like the Arteon and had no pressure from him. Luther Brookdale VW was extremely nice to me from start to finish. I applied online for a 2024 VW Golf R, and was connected to Elijah shortly after. We had discussed options and cars to suit my needs, even to finish. I applied online for a 2024 VW Golf R, and was connected to Elijah shortly after. We had discussed options and cars to suit my needs, even suggested a Golf GTI instead of the Golf R, which was about $15000 cheaper at the time. Once I got to the dealership, I was greeted very kindly, made to feel welcome! Elijah was very attentive to any needs or wants I had regarding my car purchase, he also answered any questions I had, and if he didn’t know something, he didn’t sit there and b*llsh*t until I walked out with a car, he would go look for an answer or bring me someone that could answer my questions in full. After spending some time with Elijah and test driving a Golf GTI, we assessed that I didn’t need to spend extra for the Golf R to get the experience I was looking for. Even if it would have benefitted him for me in get the Golf R, I find it very applaudable that he didn’t just take the easy route, but instead took his time, even including his experiences owning a similar car to help me out and to be as informal as possible just so I could save my money. That alone made the whole interaction, and my overall decision feel very comfortable and that I was getting what I wanted/needed. The rest of the staff that helped me out were also very kind and helpful, never did I feel like someone was hiding anything from me, and that I could ask any question and get a straight answer. I would definitely recommend going back and I would definitely buy another car from Elijah if I had the chance! More
