Disappointing sales experience, Sales Manager came through - Finance Manager provided incorrect information on warranty - Car delivered dirty twice (at purchase and after service) - Lied on service provided - Finance Manager provided incorrect information on warranty - Car delivered dirty twice (at purchase and after service) - Lied on service provided and Sales and Service person refused to make things right - Sales Manager contacted me and went above and beyond, amazing follow up - Jana is a big asset and knows how to treat customers, made sure I was more than taken care of - I would buy there again because of how Jana handled the situation and her concern for ensuring your experience is superior. My Personal Sales Representative I don't talk to anyone else in the dealership, because she treats me like family. I don't have to worry about a thing. Long after I bought my car she I don't talk to anyone else in the dealership, because she treats me like family. I don't have to worry about a thing.
