this was a terrible experience. Brendan was nice but had no follow up. Sales team (Russian guy) was inexperienced, Angel the mgr was outstanding. Finance agent was totally out of line, talked about everything but the loan, he kept talking to my friend who came with me, explain was outstanding. Andrei will go above and beyond every step of the way - from greeting you at the door to the moment you drive off the lot. I also had the absolute pleasure of working with Marcos.
