My boyfriend and I spent multiple weekends shopping around at different dealerships, and after dealing with several different salesmen, the difference between those dealerships and RBM was honestly night and day. From the moment we walked into RBM, the level of professionalism, hospitality, and genuine customer service was on a completely different level. We had the absolute pleasure of working with Michael, and I genuinely don’t think we could have asked for a better salesman. Michael was phenomenal from start to finish. He went above and beyond to make sure every single detail was taken care of. He made sure the car was in excellent condition, took the time to walk us through everything, and answered every question we had. And if he didn’t immediately know an answer, he made sure to find it. What impressed us the most was that Michael NEVER made us feel pressured. Not once. He didn’t feel like a salesman trying to make a sale — he felt like someone who was genuinely there to help us find the right vehicle and make sure we were comfortable with our decision. That is incredibly rare when buying a car. Michael also fought for us to get the best deal possible on our new Mercedes. You could genuinely tell that he cared about earning our business and making sure we left happy. He didn’t just sell us a car — he gave us an experience that we’ll actually remember. Every employee we interacted with was professional, friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure we had a great experience. After visiting multiple dealerships, RBM completely changed our expectations of what buying a car should be like. Absolutely incredible experience from beginning to end! More
