From the start Victor got me into something I was interested in and it was on from there. The loan came back and as we worked we came to an agreement and everything worked out. Our sales person was David Ruiz. He was professional and listened to my needs, He showed me both certified pre-owned Rav 4s and photos of 2025 cars that were in production. On April 8, I made a deposit on a new RAV4 that was under production and on May 17 I picked up my new car. He took his time helping me set up Toyota Connect and showed me many of the features. I’m a Toyota loyalist and keep cars for many years. I’ve had 3 Camrys since 1985 and have passed those cars onto children. We have 3 Toyotas at home: a Tacoma, a Corolla, and now my RAV4. I would highly recommend this dealership and David to friends and family. More
