I will never forget the unprofessionality and the rudeness of Mr. Andres who should give the best customer service experience as a manager.. So wrong choice for such a great company..What a manager who can't even manage his temper dealing with a customer. Even though i had a great experience later on, i will double check to comeback to Coral Spring Honda because of Mr. Andres...I just wanted to have a great experience in this difficult days,didn't even enjoy my new car because of this really bad experience.. Coral springs Honda was one of the most honest and thoughtful dealerships I have ever been in contact wit but was wary of shady dealership practices. Coral springs Honda was one of the most honest and thoughtful dealerships I have ever been in contact with. I was introduced to them by an amazing broker (Jeff) and the dealership did everything to meet my needs and wishes. They did not have a car in stock that met my specifications so they went out of their way to acquire it (matching color and all). When it came time to sign the paperwork, Andres had it all ready and Garfield walked me through everything. He was even thoughtful enough to teach me some of the new technology found in my Civic. I have already recommended them to several people. Thanks again and I love my car! More
