Highly Professional Staff Prestige has the largest selection of BMWs that I have ever seen. My salesman Andrew went out of his way to find what my family was looking for. Dwayne, our Product Genius, gave us a thorough overview of our X5 before we left and remained available even after the sale to help us. Jim C. who handled all the paperwork relating to our purchase was extremely professional and efficient. I strongly recommend Prestige to everyone and would tell New Yorkers that it is well worth the little extra distance to travel to purchase an automobile from Prestige BMW. My Client Advisor Andrew Araque was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He answered all my questions and followed up with me when I asked him to. Of course he wanted me to buy the car that day, but understood and respected me when I said that that was not happening -this was great b/c a pushy sales person makes me walk the other direction. I felt like he was honest and worked to get me the best deal possible. I would recommend, and actually already have recommended have Andrew to friends and family that would consider purchasing a BMW. James Porrazzo was the Finance Manger that I worked with. The process was smooth and seamless. I did not feel like I was pushed into buying anything I did not need, and walked out feeling like I got the best deal possible. Dwayne Wong was my BMW Genius. He did a great job explaining the key features of my vehicle, showed me the Genius App, and connected my phone and set up BMW Assist for me. This was by far the best buying experience that I have ever had and will certainly be back to purchase another vehicle when that times comes. More

She had heard about the 430XICV and stopped in Prestige BMW to check it o We were looking for a hard-top convertible to replacement my wife's MB SLK. She had heard about the 430XICV and stopped in Prestige BMW to check it out. After a short introduction and discussion Shawn Holmes, the General Manger set her up to test drive a 430XI. She was so amazed with the car, she brought it home on a test drive and together we returned to Prestige to lease the car. Shawn assigned a young salesman, Andrew Arague and simplified the entire leasing process, turn-in of the leased MB, and transfer of our personal plates. Financing was handled beautifully by Richard Ortiz. The total experience was most extraordinary, simple and orchestrated by a remarkable salesman and finance team. The delivery experience was impressive in the way Dwayne Wong took time to insure my wife was comfortable with the interior electronics. Highly recommend Prestige BMW because of the friendly, efficient, and competent staff. More
